July 2nd- today is the Day!

HydroTherapy will start at 6PM sharp - meet on the Centennial Trail right by Sullivan Hole for the briefing. Even though the river is at 1760 CFS, we've got it covered. Expect to have some fun! The water's warm, the weather's awesome. We will have beginner, intermediate and expert categories if we get enough participants.

Immediately after HydroTherapy plan to party at Billy and Teri's house (the blue/grey house right next to Sullivan Hole) where we will roast Mike"Mick", "McHoleHog" French. There will be a keg of cold beer (donations welcomed), coney dogs, BBQ beef sandwiches and chips. Bring a chair and a friend. We will roast Mick and listen to all his stories of kayaking for more than 2 decades and he is bringing photos of many swims and epic pitons. Expect to laugh, cry and have a good time with great people!
