Just a reminder that this thursday is the final hydrotherapy session for 2009. Levels are looking good, 2800 cfs. the hole should be friendly and fun. Starting at 6:00 p.m. we will have the competitors meeting for all classes at the Sullivan Hole Parking Lot and then let the fun begin. Immediately following the event will be the Roast of local kayaker Mick French. There will be plenty of food, drink, and fun to be had at Billy and Terry's house. Come join in on the good times. For those that do not know Mick, come out and meet one of the dinosaurs of kayaking :).

My first boat was well over twice the length of today's playboats (13'6")! Don't miss the old days at all (pain in the arse to carry, load on rigs, not as responsive as today's boats, heavy, etc. (but fast, real fast)), other than there was no wait in line at any local playspot! HAH!!!!!!!
